Welcome to Ruihan: Russian Distributor Audits Our Factory and Confirms Solar PV and Portable Power Order

A Russian buying delegation audited Ruihan's factory on 22 October 2026 and confirmed an order for solar PV systems and portable power stations.

Guangdong, China — 22 October 2026

A buying delegation from a Russian solar and backup-power distributor completed a full on-site audit of Ruihan’s manufacturing and testing facilities, then confirmed an order spanning both product lines — solar PV systems and portable power stations.

The visit was not a showroom appointment. The delegation arrived with a specification list, walked the production floor, reviewed test records, and only then committed to the order — the same sequence we recommend to any distributor evaluating a new supply partner.

What the audit covered

The delegation’s review followed the product from component intake to export packing.

Incoming cell inspection. Cells are capacity- and internal-resistance-sorted before they enter the pack line. Grade A LiFePO4 cells are the baseline for every station we build; the sort data is available to buyers on request.

Pack assembly and BMS integration. Cell stacking, busbar welding, and BMS mounting were reviewed in process rather than as a finished sample. Buyers who intend to resell under their own brand need to see the build, not just the output.

Aging and cycle testing. Finished units run through charge–discharge aging before release. Our cells are rated for 6,000+ cycles, and the test bench is where that rating is either supported or contradicted.

Final QC and export packing. Drop, vibration, and carton inspection before container loading — the stage where most cross-border damage claims are actually decided.

What the order includes

Product line Scope
Solar PV systems Panels, hybrid inverters, mounting structures, DC cabling, and combiner boxes — supplied as complete kits or as individual components
Portable power stations Multi-model range for outdoor, emergency, and small-commercial backup; LiFePO4 chemistry with 6,000+ cycle rating

Both lines are supplied under Ruihan’s own brand or as OEM/ODM with the distributor’s labelling, packaging, and manual set.

Four points that decided the evaluation

Russian distributors operate under a specific set of constraints: certification that customs and retail chains will accept, cold-climate performance, and a supply chain short enough to survive demand spikes. The four items below are the ones that repeatedly surface in these audits.

1. Certification. Ruihan holds EAC certification for the relevant product lines. A copy is provided on request — this is a documentation question, not a negotiation point.

2. Cell quality, verifiable on site. “Grade A” is a claim that can be checked. Our buyers are invited to review incoming sort data and test records during the audit rather than accept the label.

3. Order flexibility. MOQ starts at one unit. A distributor testing a new category does not need to commit to a container before the market responds.

4. Lead time. Standard production runs 3–7 days depending on order volume, with deposit-based payment terms. For a market where demand moves with the heating season, a two-week factory queue is a commercial risk in itself.

Why this order matters beyond Russia

The Russian market and the wider European distribution channel ask the same question in different words: can this factory deliver the same unit twice, six months apart, and stand behind it?

The answer is a production system, not a sales promise. It means cell sorting before assembly rather than after a complaint; aging tests that run on every unit rather than on a sample; and a documented EAC file rather than a certificate screenshot.

For distributors evaluating Ruihan for the first time, the practical entry point is a single-model trial order against your own load profile — then a container once the numbers hold.
